Vejer de la Frontera is one of the most charming towns in Cádiz. Beautiful Cádiz village, located on top of a slender hill, 190 m above sea level, and only 10 km. from the beach of El Palmar, which belongs to its Municipal Term. Vejer de la Frontera is located to the South West of the province of Cádiz, and extends over the immediate region to the Comarca de la Janda, to the west of it. It borders the Atlantic, Conil, Chiclana, Medina Sidonia, Tarifa and Barbate.

It is located 54 Kilometers from the capital, easily accessed through the A-48 motorway. The strategic situation that the town has makes it possible to get through different routes. Well by plane arriving at the Jerez airport, 55 kilometers away,

The city is built on a hill that, cut by the river Barbate, descends towards it in sharp slope, to which the population owes fantastic views.

In front of this hill, the Cerro del Abejaruco is located, where our property is located.

A magical place, for lovers of peace, tranquility and privacy, communion with nature. Lagoons, bird sightings, and ecological gardens surround the enclave that we propose.

We do not sell a property only, we sell a project, a dream, that we could not finish and we hope that others will achieve it.

The partners that have undertaken this path exercise different professions and we compose a multidisciplinary team of city planning lawyers, designers, architects, technical architects, surveyors, biologists and tourism professionals.

On the practicable roof of the common house you get an incomparable view of Vejer, the Laguna de la Janda, and the sea, unique and incomparable that borders the end of Spain and the beginning of Africa.

The land has Approval of the Plenary of the Excmo. Municipality of Vejer de la Frontera dated May 11, 2005 Declaration of Public Utility and Social Interest to build a Rural Hotel in Non-Urbanizable Land
